With 24+ years of experience in the construction industry, Julie brings a wealth of expertise to every project. Her career journey has been diverse and dynamic, encompassing roles that range from running gas lines in oil fields to designing kitchens and bathrooms for high-end clients and celebrities. She has also built and designed shipping container projects. This experience highlights her versatility and expertise across various aspects of construction and design. She has flipped houses, managed multiple remodeling crews and owns a successful remodeling business.
Beyond work, she’s all about fitness, nutrition, concerts, camping, dancing, meditation, spiritual retreats, and DIY projects. Her passion is to build a lake front communal retreat property and host spiritual events. These interests give her a unique take on construction and design, blending creativity, well-being, and nature. This holistic approach makes her projects balanced and fresh.
Charmaine Botonis
Project Manager/Crew member
With two decades of experience under her belt, Charmaine is a seasoned General Repair Specialist who takes immense pride in her work. The joy of seeing the finished product and knowing that she made it happen is what keeps her motivated and passionate about her craft.
Currently, Charmaine is pursuing a degree in Construction Management, further honing her skills and expanding her expertise. When she's not hard at work, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors—hiking, camping, or riding her dirt bike.

Mike Rice
Remodel Contractor
Michael "Mikey" Rice, possesses 14 years of experience. As a jack of all trades, he excels in kitchen and bathroom remodels. His favorite part of the job is watching a project come together.
One of his most notable achievements is a 27-cabinet custom kitchen remodel he personally completed with Julie, which he considers their greatest work.
Outside of work, Mikey enjoys camping, spending time at the lake, and working on home projects.
His personal motto is, "All well done projects start with vision."
Alec Snedaker
Remodel Contractor
Alec has 16 years of experience in construction. He is highly skilled in tile installation, with an exceptional attention to detail for both commercial and residential projects.
Alec excels in managing people and overseeing large projects, ensuring that all trades are executed in the correct order and on schedule. He finds great satisfaction in seeing a vision come to life and witnessing clients' reactions once jobs are completed, transforming outdated spaces into new, beautiful areas that homeowners look forward to utilizing and showing off.
Alec holds a Construction Management Certificate from CSU and has studied Business Administration at CSU and UCCS. Alec and his team has completed tile work for 42 7-Eleven stores throughout Colorado, remodeled two apartment complex clubhouses in Colorado Springs, and carried out multiple brick veneer siding jobs for The Home Depot. The company has also completed numerous residential bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and basement buildouts.
In his spare time, Alec enjoys spending quality time with his family, going on vacations, engaging in outdoor activities, catching up with friends, snowboarding, camping, and gardening.
His personal motto is, "Live with a heart that seeks to do good, a hand that reaches out to others, and always strive to embrace the joy that can be found in each day."
Ivan Reyes
Concrete Guru
With over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Ivan specializes in heavy equipment operation, hardscape, and landscape projects, consistently delivering top-quality results. His dedication to his craft is evident in his favorite part of the job: witnessing the joy and satisfaction on his clients' faces upon the completion of each project. This passion drives him to continually give his best and strive for excellence.
Ivan holds several certifications, including HOA Certification (2024), Heavy Equipment Operator Certification, and Stamped Concrete Certification. He also successfully completed Phase 3 of Solterra in Lakewood.
Ivan enjoys playing guitar and singing in his band.
His personal mantra, "Family First," reflects his values and commitment to balancing his work and personal life.
